The Friends of Woolhope Church have organised several community events to celebrate St George’s Day and are pleased to announce this year’s exciting programme:
Friday, 25th April
Piano by Candlelight
By popular demand, we are once again offering an evening of live piano music at St George’s Church. Why not take a break from the fast pace of the world and immerse yourself in peace and tranquillity with relaxing and contemplative music? Drop in any time between 6.30pm and 8:30pm. FREE admission. Saturday, 26th April
Parish Walk
Meet at 10:00am on Saturday morning at The Skallenge, St George’s Church for a guided 5 mile walk along footpaths and quiet lanes. There will be short cut options for those not able to complete the whole route. Donations to The Friends of Woolhope Church.
Saturday, 26th April
Quiz Night
A Quiz Night at Woolhope Parish Hall. Doors open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm prompt start. Tickets £10 per person will be taken at the door, teams of 4 or make up a team on the night. Plant Sale & Seed Swap
2:00pm-4:30pm at Woolhope Parish Hall. FREE Admission. Bargain prices for a large selection of garden plants and veg will be on offer. Tea, coffee & home-made cakes available. Read more

Patronal Service at St George’s Church
Starts at 6.30pm. We are delighted to welcome
John Eden and the Hereford Church Singers
to accompany us to mark the end of St George’s weekend for 2025.
