St George's Church, Woolhope

We are delighted to welcome the talented violinist and musician Dr Peter Povey to St George’s Church, Woolhope on Friday 28th July. Dr Povey will play a programme of selected famous solo violin works including Bach Partita in D minor and Erlkonig (Schubert) by Ernst’. As a violinist, Dr Povey has played all over the world, and also lived and worked in the US for almost 20 years. He has until very recently been working at Hereford Cathedral School but will soon be returning to the States.
